How to register Register online or download the registration form and send it via fax to the Organising Secretariat together with a copy of payment. Cancellations For cancellations received in writing arriving no later than Tuesday 31.08.2010, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed. There will be no reimbursements for cancellations after that date. Reimbursements will be paid at the end of the congress Registration fees (inclusive of VAT)
The participation fee and the daily fee include admittance to the scientific sessions, visit to a company, congress documents, written proceedings of the congress, certificate of participation, business lunch, coffee breaks, evening cocktail on Monday 18 October, Gala dinner on Tuesday 19 October. The students’ fee includes admittance to the scientific sessions, visit to a company, congress documents, coffee break. * when sending the registration form and copy of payment made, a certificate confirming your student status must also be sent. |
